Beef is among the most common meats consumed in the United States as well as other countries like Australia, and Europe. There are several grades of Beef ranked by the USDA. In addition to there being several grades there are also a variety of cattle farmed to provide us with the quantity of meat needed.
It is a great source for minerals like iron, zinc and B vitamins.
