Position Title:

Sales Representative

 

Department: Sales Division – Brookfield, Connecticut

Reports to: Chef Ricky/Owner – Brookfield, Connecticut

Job Objective:

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in the Classy Catering Creations service area. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the Classy Catering Creations client base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Starting Salary:

•$50K
•Commission Based

Responsibilities:

• Cold-calling potential clients.
• Appointment setting with prospective clients and chef Ricky.
• Attending networking events such as those associated with the Chamber of Commerce.
• Promoting goodwill within the community through partnerships with local schools, churches, & non-profit organizations, including fundraisers and partners in education.
• Follows up with customers to ensure our products and services met or exceeded client expectations.
• Maintains acceptable attendance in accordance with established policies set forth in Employee Handbook.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Relationships and Roles:

Internal / External Cooperation
• Maintain contact with all clients in the service area to ensure the highest levels of Client Satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on Classy Catering Creations clients, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Job Specifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the catering industry.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Google Calendar and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of the client and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and goals.
