About James Vaughan

Like any other great things, James Vaughan more stumbled by accident into the realm of event organization than by design. A series of part-time and short-term jobs in his teen years gave him an appreciation for the delicate balancing act that is fine dining. Marriage and adulthood lead him to many jobs but nothing that said both his need to make people happy and expressed his inner artistic nature. Experience soon taught he was most passionate about providing an atmosphere conducive to enjoying food in it's highest form. Joining long-time friend Chef Ricky in the formation of Classy Catering Creations, finally drew together the disparate threads of experience, passion and artistic expression will catapult him into his next stage of culinary development.
